Lima Flowers S.A.S (NIT 900.775.816-3), a Colombian company that grows and exports flowers, is the controller (responsable del tratamiento) of the personal data collected through this website.

This policy follows Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulations (Decree 1377 of 2013, compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015).

When you request a quote, we collect the information you choose to give us:

• Full name, company, email, phone and country.
• The details of your request (products, quantities, dates and any other notes).

If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we also keep that conversation. To protect the form from abuse, your IP address is checked briefly in memory and is not stored with your request. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs for security.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. We do not ask for sensitive data, and this website is intended for businesses, not for minors.

• To manage and follow up on the commercial relationship, orders and shipments.
• To comply with our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Before sending the quote form, you are asked to accept this policy. By doing so, you authorize Lima Flowers S.A.S to process your data for the purposes described here. You can withdraw this authorization at any time, unless a legal or contractual duty requires us to keep the data.

We never sell your data. We only share it with technology providers that help us operate this website and our communications (such as hosting, database and email services), acting on our behalf and only for the purposes above.

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside Colombia. We work with them under terms that require appropriate protection of your information.

We keep your data while it is needed to answer your request and maintain our commercial relationship, and afterwards only for the time required by law. After that, it is deleted.

As the owner of your data, you have the right to:

• Know, update and correct your personal data.
• Request proof of the authorization you gave us.
• Be informed about how your data has been used.
• Withdraw your authorization or ask us to delete your data.
• Access your data free of charge.
• File a complaint with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) after first contacting us.

Write to gerencia@limaflowersas.com with the subject “Personal data”, including your name, how to contact you and what you are asking for. Our management team handles these requests.

• Questions about your data are answered within 10 business days (extendable by 5 more, with notice).
• Requests to correct, update or delete data, or complaints, are answered within 15 business days (extendable by 8 more, with notice).

We protect your information with access controls, encrypted connections and restricted access for our team. No system is completely secure, but we work to prevent loss, misuse or unauthorized access.

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will publish the new version on this page with its effective date.
